01. LEADERSHIP

What has shaped your approach to leadership?

My approach has been shaped by spending nearly three decades across almost every area of the business: developer, consultant, sales, technical leadership, and eventually executive roles. That experience gave me a practical understanding of how organizations function and how people operate under pressure. Leadership is not about every decision flowing through the CEO. Strong companies are built by empowering smart people, giving them ownership, and creating alignment around a shared vision.

02. CULTURE

What kind of culture are you building at PSA?

The culture we are building is centered around trust, accountability, transparency, and ownership. We have operated remotely for many years, long before remote work became mainstream. We hire capable people, give them autonomy, and trust them to deliver outcomes. There is a strong sense of camaraderie and shared purpose inside PSA right now.

03. GROWTH

What excites you most about leading PSA at this stage?

The scale of the opportunity. We are building with much more intention now, investing in leadership, operational maturity, and innovation. There is a clearer vision for where PSA is headed than ever before. When talented people are given trust, ownership, and support, the level of growth you see is remarkable.

04. MARKET

How are customer expectations changing in mining technology?

Expectations have evolved significantly. Historically, many ERP engagements were reactive. Today, organizations expect far more strategic guidance. They want advisors who can challenge assumptions and help create scalable operational models. Mining companies are under pressure to modernize and improve visibility while maintaining stability.

05. VISION

How do you define the future of PSA?

The future is much larger than ERP implementation alone. The market is evolving toward connected operational ecosystems that unify workflows, governance, automation, analytics, and execution visibility. We are building a company focused on operational transformation, not simply transactional software deployment.

06. INNOVATION

What role does innovation play in your future vision?

Innovation is critical, but it must be grounded in operational reality. Platforms like Tekton OS came from recognizing that organizations still struggle with disconnected workflows, fragmented processes, and limited visibility. We are focused on creating stronger alignment between systems, workflows, governance, and decision making.

07. DISCIPLINE

How do you balance innovation with operational discipline?

Operational discipline is the foundation of everything. Mining organizations cannot afford instability. Technology should simplify operations, not complicate them. Every initiative must support operational outcomes and integrate cleanly into the broader environment.

08. MOTIVATION

What motivates you personally as a leader today?

Building something meaningful that lasts. Seeing individuals inside the organization grow into stronger leaders is one of the most rewarding parts of the role. Building future leaders is just as important as building the business itself.

09. INDUSTRY

What excites you most about the future of the industry?

Mining is entering a major transformation cycle driven by modernization, automation, and workforce pressures. PSA is uniquely positioned, combining deep mining expertise with modern operational technology. We are still early in this journey. The foundation is in place and the leadership team is aligned.

Conclusion

Andrew Morley's vision for PSA reflects this shift, focusing not only on technology, but on helping organizations create stronger alignment between people, processes, and systems. As Andrew explains, "The future is much larger than ERP implementation alone. Organizations need connected operational ecosystems that bring together workflows, governance, visibility, and execution." That vision continues to guide PSA's growth as a trusted partner for mining companies seeking operational excellence, sustainable transformation, and long term success in an increasingly complex industry.
