With a background as a Group Financial Controller and Senior Business Analyst, Jarrad is the driving force behind the PSA software product line shaping its strategy and vision to ensure it evolves with customer needs.
Since joining PSA in 2012 from Barrick Gold, he has expanded PSA’s presence across key mining regions into over 40 countries. Committed to delivering value beyond software, he has pioneered streamlined implementation ERP deployment strategies with a strong focus on business process improvement.

Ivan brings over 20 years of technology and delivery leadership across asset-intensive and regulated industries. As Director of Project Delivery and Development at PSA, he leads the firm’s project management and development functions, establishing operational discipline and ensuring predictable execution across complex ERP and enterprise programs.
He has directed enterprise-scale transformations spanning ERP implementations, mining and utilities operations, healthcare supply chains, telecommunications infrastructure, and large-scale integration initiatives. Ivan has overseen multimillion-dollar portfolios with a strong emphasis on governance, risk management, and delivering measurable business impact.
A results-driven leader, Ivan aligns business strategy with technical execution and builds scalable delivery models that enable sustained growth. He strengthens PMO capability, embeds accountability into execution practices, and ensures technology investments translate into long-term operational value. His experience spans ERP consulting, IT operations, infrastructure modernization, compliance-driven environments, and global partner ecosystems.
Marc Harris has over 25 years of experience in providing business software and solutions to North American industries. With roots in information technology and business solutions for automotive manufacturing, Marc has taken his knowledge of mission critical applications to help drive success for businesses in a variety of industry verticals.
Marc spearheaded the union of Business Solutions Alliance Inc. in 2005. BSA, a full-service ERP software and IT consulting firm with professionals in finance, materials planning and manufacturing acted as the foundation for the current Pronto Solutions Alliance Inc. In 2013, he was appointed Partner at one of Canada’s largest financial services firm where Marc infused his entrepreneurial drive by continuing to innovate processes, promote ERP software product awareness and challenge the traditional approach to software delivery. Marc currently serves as CEO of PSA.

Michael Clayton brings over 25 years of international technology and service delivery experience to his role as Director of Information Technology at Pronto Solutions Alliance Inc. Beginning his career in the United States Air Force managing enterprise messaging infrastructure, he progressed into leadership roles across international telecommunications and large-scale technology operations before transitioning into ERP services and joining PSA.
At PSA, Michael provides leadership and strategic direction for the company’s internal IT systems and cloud infrastructure, overseeing cybersecurity, governance, operational resilience, and technology innovation. He leads cloud infrastructure and internal IT operations to ensure secure, scalable, and high-performing environments aligned with PSA’s business objectives. His experience delivering mission-critical systems across complex international environments enables him to align technology strategy with operational execution, driving resilience, performance, and sustained client value.
