Jarrad Sonnenberg brings over 20 years of global ERP implementation and support experience, specializing in the resources sector. He has worked with mining companies of all sizes and stages, helping them streamline operations and drive profitability. With a background as a Group Financial Controller and Senior Business Analyst, Jarrad is the driving force behind the PSA software product line shaping its strategy and vision to ensure it evolves with customer needs. Since joining PSA in 2012 from Barrick Gold, he has expanded PSA’s presence across key mining regions into over 40 countries. Committed to delivering value beyond software, he has pioneered streamlined implementation ERP deployment strategies with a strong focus on business process improvement.

David Hamrick

Software Consultant

David Hamrick is a Software Consultant at Pronto Solutions Alliance, where he helps clients implement and adopt Pronto Xi to improve efficiency and productivity across their operations. He brings nearly eight years of experience at Cintas in management, leadership, supply chain, customer relationships and account management. Drawing on his experience leading teams, delivering training and developing practical customer solutions, David supports clients throughout implementation and equips their teams to use Pronto Xi confidently and effectively.
